• Recognize and celebrate our female heroes “SHEROES” all over the continent
• Increase and support women’s participation in political and civic leadership
• Create networking opportunities and empowerment programs
• Promote male involvement into supporting women participation in leadership
• Assist women with developing skills to compete in traditionally male dominated areas
• Support women and girls who want to further their education for leadership positions and for economic growth.
• Establish mentoring programs that allow senior-level, national and international role models for women aspirants, candidates and newly elected officials. 
• Cultivate strategic community partners to work with us to take action and create impact.

Women need three things to fulfill their potential: communication, connection and community. At SHEROES Foundation, optimizing the power of communication and connection builds new communities of support for women in leadership everywhere especially Africa.
